Freelancer Needed For Non-Profit VirtueMart Application

We have built a database using VirtueMart (in "catalog mode") and are looking to contract with a free-lancer to help us finish the build out of the site's pages and remaining functionality.

In a nutshell, we have built a database that contains (vinyl) records and several categories of memorabilia items from our music memorabilia collections (ie: magazines, posters, books, records, CDs, memorabilia, etc.)

We are a non-profit, and this is a hobby for us, so it's not a typical "e-commerce" application that will generate revenue (hence the "catalog only" mode).   So cost is an issue, although we do have a small budget (around $500) set aside for this.  What we need is someone who will work with us to finish the build out of the pages in the site, and finalize some further functionality on the VirtueMart database.
