USPS - Live - Can you test without a cost

might be a stupid question because I have not used a module like this before.

The instructions say you have to switch to the live server...

But does that rack up a charge to your account if you just want to test to make sure it works?

The current USPS modules simply do 'rate shopping'.  They do not charge anything to your account.

Think of it like 'window shopping'.
