Urgent Paypal Help::re-direction after confirm order

I am not able to resolve this issue.

After completing the payment and successful order confirmation, it is not re-directing to the paypal page, but just gives a link to check the status of the order.

On this page, I do get the paypal button to complete the payment.

How do I direct this to paypal automatically?

Another poster is having the same issue, we are trying to resolve it, I think it is a setup issue.

I understand it is a setup issue, but I am not able to find anything different I have done from the instructions given. Let me know if you need to check the website to be able to suggest something.
