Update to UPS for Virtuemart 1.0.15 - 150+ Weights & XML Parser Fix

This is an update to the UPS Shipping module.

[Total Weight / 150 (max UPS allows)] * [UPS RESPONSE FOR 150lbs PACKAGE]

Also cleaned up some XML parsing issues that assumed that UPS always returned the same XML formatting - was causing a total crash.

Webuddha, the module seems to work fine as long as every UPS shipping option is enabled. If I uncheck any of the options, I start getting this error on the Select a Shipping Method page:

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant _FSC in /home/mywebsite/public_html/dev/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/shipping/ups.php on line 407

The shipping options I have checked appear below the warnings and function fine. But blank lines (except for the price which is always the handling fee) for each of the unchecked methods also appear with a radio button.

Joomla and VM 1.0.15.

Hope that makes sense. Any suggestions?
