Problems with Paypal

When legacy is off it's not possible to pay with Paypal. Instead of beeing redirected to the Paypal site I will be redirected to the thank you page and get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mosRedirect() in /home/thepanya/public_html/joomla2/components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/pages/checkout.thankyou.tpl.php(59) : eval()'d code on line 38

There are some other problems too with Paypal:

Joomla 1.0.13 VM rev 1214: Order status is not updated after successfull payment with Paypal

Testing the notify script at http://www.eliteweaver.co.uk/testing/ipntest.php says: Your script is not posting back to us!

Joomla 1.5 VM rev 1214: Order status will be updated, but testing the script says: Your script is not posting back to us!

I personally have never had a problem with PayPal notification with any version of VM.
