New Customer - Expand

Is there a way to have the first page of checkout already expanded so you dont have to click the checkbox to display the registration fields? I think having this the way it is works against the checkout without account feature since all you see is the login form initially..

New? Please Provide Your Billing Information.

Can this be automaticlly expanded?

anyone? Im going to use silent registration. I dont want the first thing people see on the checkout page to be login fields
