[SOLVED] Error when trying to "Ask a question about this product"

in joomla 1.0.13 + VM 1.1 rev 1155 , when a user try to send a messege to admin from "ask a question a bout this product" form , this error shown :

Fatal error: Class 'PHPMailer' not found in C:\wamp\www\shop2\administrator\components\com_virtuemart\classes\ps_main.php on line 514

i had same problem when a user try to register but that error already in tracker

With Joomla 1.0.13 / VM1155 I get the mail form - on send I then get

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: phpmailer in /var/www/html/joomla2/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/ps_main.php on line 514

On trying to ask question.

With J 1.5  9909 I do not see the mail form but immediately get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: moshash() in /var/www/html/joomla3/components/com_virtuemart/themes/default/templates/pages/shop.ask.tpl.php on line 22

These are with PHP 4.4.4.   with  5.2.4  I just get a blank page in each case (but that may be due to my non-standard PHP5 installation)

I tried with Joomla 1.0.13 and Joomla 1.5 with VirtueMart 1.1 rev 1172, could not replicate this issue, could you please update to rev 1172 and try it again.
