First Joomla / Virtuemart site

Here is my first Virtuemart Site design.

I am finding that IE6 makes some of the white text on the left black.  Still trying to get to the bottom of that.
Products used:

• DreamWeaver
• Fireworks
• Open-Sef
• Virtuemart
• Joomla

M65 has a great tool to help do your design in DreamWeaver.  I like Virtuemart but the documentation could be much better.  Especially in working with CSV and Child Products.

Anyway, here it is.  I feel like it is a good first shot.

I like it. The colors look good as does the design.

I like the design of the site, especially the transparent parts are smooth.

However when I browse through your site the background of the main area flashes from black (when i click on a link) to white (when the page is actually loaded and the right bgcolor is set). I think you can prevent this by setting the background-color of 'MainBlock' to white. Perhaps you won't notice this when you have broadband internet, but here at work it tends to take a few seconds before a page is loaded...

Your product details page is really nice as well, it gives a very clear overview.

I changed the background color to white and the flashes goes away (or is minimized).  It is a square white area until the background image loads.  Looks a lot smoother.  Thanks for the thoughts!
