RE USPS or shipping charges

Hello
Im setting up virtuemart and I caint find the USPS plugin . Is it discontinued?

Is there any thing that will allow my customers to choose the shipping and rates?

Can paypal do it some how?

Thanks for the info. RE paypal plugin. Where can i find it?  Im having trouble with how to set up shipping.

I have one product to sell and it adds $14 to ship via USPS Medium box. 2 products  will fit int the box.  so when a customer orders 3 products the shipping stays the same but i have to ship in two boxes costing me an extra $14 to ship the order. how can I increase shipping cost every 2 products?

According to your sig you are using VM 3.0.12 - This was released more than 7 years ago.......

For that old version you may find that the Opentools Shipping by Rules plugin works.  https://extensions.virtuemart.net/checkout/shipments/shipping-by-rules-detail   or   https://extensions.virtuemart.net/checkout/shipments/advanced-shipping-by-rules-detail  (I have no way of testing this).

The Paypal plugin is accessed via the Payment Methods menu.
