Multiple choices for a single product

How would I be able to create several options for a single product with price adjustments? For example:

Color
----red
----blue +$5
----green +$10

Size
----Small
----Medium  +$5
----Large   +$10

Type
-----Glossy
-----Matte

Currently this is what my product looks like. This is a demo that came with the template. On the screenshot I know that "Custom Field" is what I need to use but I don't see how I can add additional fields with different price adjustments and make those drop down menus not buttons like they appear on arrow 3. The "Custom Field" section on the product just has one area for this.

Thanks, that's exactly what I need. I looked in the demo and it's confusing how to build that. Is there a tutorial somewhere for this? I tried to setup exactly what I see in the demo and I just can't create these. One attachment shows the demo product custom field with the custom field on the demo product. The second attachment is from my Virtuemart product's custom field, and custom field on the product. I have no idea how to add these fields. Under custom fields "Group" there is no place to input information.
