Custom fields not showing in invoice and admin order

Hello,

I have a serious problem. I have a couple of custom fields and there are a couple that are not showing: the colour ones.

I don't understand the problem at all. I have tried all kinds of different things like cart input + attribute but it doesn't show up. The weird thing is, I have other custom fields, and they do show up, so I don't understand what is the issue. I have the latest Joomla and latest Virtuemart: 3.9.4 and 3.4.2

EDIT: Did some more testing. If I add a new custom field and add it it works. So something is wrong with the current custom fields. Maybe it has something to do with a previous update? Re adding them doesn't seem to help either. 

Okay, I did some more testing, and I think it has something to do with additional javascript i have in place.
