Migration problem

Hi Team,

We have migration virtuemart 2.x to Virtuemart 3.x  in Joomla latest version 3.8.12 . 


Components >> Virtuemart >> shoppers . I could not able to see Groups Tab. Could you please help us to solve problem.

Notes: It's showing in Joomla 2.5 and Virtuemart 2.x .
