Hello i have virtuemart t 3.2.12 i want to make a shipping method weight_countries, when then customer choose this shipping method i want to have the choice to select an option from a dropdown menu is this possible?

For that it would be easier to create new plugin based onweight_countries and add your custom logic into it.
