Orderlist - missing pdf icon

hi,

We have a site at jjdesignerwatches.co.uk and when we look at the order list we have two orders.
One has a pdf icon alongside - when we click it opens up the pdf file.
There is no pdf icon alongside the other order.

Do you know why they are different as they where just similar orders
