Payment method popup window on order_done.php

Im not sure if it is a VM error or an EPAY error or maybe a custom-plugin-dev error

Epay module for VM3 goes to order_done.php page and then shows a popup.
This makes the "tank you page" be visible meaning that if you have overridden that page it will be displayed. (Thank you for your order)
I've also made some plugins myself (Google ecommerce tracking) which also are displayed. I only thought those would display on actual ordering.

Guys.. i really need to know if this is a bug or not. If its not i'll go look somewhere else, i just need confirmation its not a bug

This is done by epay. The plugins can take over this view
