Menu Item to product bug

Hello,

So a client created 3 menu items direct to products they use frequently to do quick orders. They have set these to be access level restricted since no one needs to see them but them. The products show properly in the lists you can even add it to the cart. But on clicking it the product requires you to login first.

What should be happening is the menu item shouldn't be parsed if the access level is greater than the logged in user is allowed to view. And to check if the public is viewable instead.
