My product thumbnails is not loading sometimes? Fix?

Hello, I have watching few months that the thumbnails not loading sometimes. Please see the attachment,
is there any fix of this issue? I have this issue on all my website which I created with VirtueMart. Sometime is showing image, sometimes not?

You mean only in the Backend, or? What I can see here is that the name of the image looks quite odd (log2.jpg_product_ ...)

they appear once they have been accessed from the FE to create the thumb

I thought I changed that, actually. They should also be created in the BE listing or at least in the edit
