move data from one site to another

Good evening, I just started working on a site with e-commerce virtuemark and I'm sure I'll need your help. Start with a simple question: I have a website with a lot of items for sale, I have access to the back office, but I have no access to the mysql database and even the web space. Is there any way to save all the products and load them on a new site?

Assuming you have superadmin status, install Akeeba backup and make a site archive. Save it to your home PC

looks like your buggered then...  this is what permissions are for.. to stop who shouldn't have access having access

there are various installable Joomla tools to access files and DB but if u can't install them...
