Virtuemart documentation for plugins development

Hi people.

I don't know if this thread is the right place to post this question but I couldn't do it on 3rd party plugin thread.

Anyone know where is a proper documentation to create 3rd party plugins for Virtuemart? I want to create a plugin that do things once the payment is confirmed.
