Every second product for half price

I have a shop where I have to set this configuration:
There are products, e.g. apple - 10$, banana - 20$, pinepple - 30$
When the customer adds products to the cart, I have to recalculate the prices, half of the item becomes cheaper, for half price.

If customer buys 2 apples, I have do add 1 apple for $10 and 1 apple for $5
If the cart contains 5 apples, 2 of them are for $10 and 3 of them for $5
If he buys 1 apple, 1 banana and 2 pinepples, he gets the cheaper for half price, like apple for $5, banana for $10 and pineapples stays $30.
Also if the customers changes the items in the cart view I have to recalculate.
These things should be appear in the mails too.
Can I store in the cart the same product for different prices?

Is there a way to do that somehow?
