Wide scroler on checkout

Hello,
MAybe some one can help me solv ethis issue
When i a, adding a product to the cart here

and forwored to the cartand than click to process with the order than on the next screen where i need
to type my info like country etc... i get a wide screen scroller at the buttom and on mobile
no one can finish the order.

Please advice if you can, this site is a live site and i must fix this issue ASAP
