Create Virtuemart satellite sites

Hello,
i want to know if is possible (in case of YES, "How i can do it"), create some virtuemart satellites sites in third level domains, and make them related at the main virtuemart site.

I explain..

I have SITE ONE that is the main site, and it is hosted on www.siteone.com (this is an example, of course), i want to create SITETWO.siteone.com and install on this domain another Virtuemart installation.
When i will update, modify, add or delete some products to SITE ONE i want that also on SITETWO will be displayed the same modify. If a client will make an order on SITETWO, i want that SITEONE receive an email, for to proceed with shipping.

Is this possibile or is fiction?

I first wonder the purpose of this?  Confusion marketing perhaps?.. 

Think of the google duplicate penalties..

but there was /is I think a Joomla multsite ext. thing that allowed this .. basically calling different templates by domain or something
