Product detail Page with different Custom Fields

In my project; i have different venues, where i like to sell tickets for special dates.
The customer can order max. 99 Tickets for each date on a special event.

For understanding please see my screenshot.

For the max. Ticket order, i found this plugIn:

There are two options of the delivery way for each event/date. How can I create this options with custom fields?
Is there any possibility to create them with radio buttons? And maybe it would be possible to have a solution which makes it impossible to order befor you didn't choose a delivery way?

Does somebody have a similar project or an easier way to create this?

I don't want to create the main product with the parents and child products, because it is important to see all the dates and options at once on the detail page of the product.
