Virtuemart Control Panel tabs gone missing

Hello

Sorry for posting what seems like a ridiculous question, but I have been searching for solution for a while now and I cannot find a solution.

The Virtuemart Control Panel has just changed. When I click on configuration for example, it just displays in one loooooong list instead of the tabs.
Also, the tabs on the left do work properly either. Everything seem s"clickable" but they dont 'style' nicely
