VM emails, change FROM info?

Hello,

When the VM system sends emails to customers, the e-mail FROM field uses the "Shop Company Name" string (VM backend, Shop->Vendor).

That's the text that shows up in the received email. My question is, (how) can we change that to a different string, like the previous "Shop Name", or even a custom one?
