should I in my paypal account the Auto Return for Website activate ind specify a URL? Or this function is performed automatically by software plugin istraxx_plgvm_st42_download_2.4.4.4?

Problem solved

The problem was the Strato server. In Strato account was "filter against spam guestbook" is activated under the menu item Security / Server-Side Security.

This setting blocks the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) The payment confirmation from Paypal will not come to a result. Thus, the orders remain in the system "does not pay" stand.

I have this setting is disabled, then everything worked again.
