order confirmation email without subject!

Dear all, I am quite desperate since my virtuemart shop is working almost perfect. The only issue I find is that I receive the order confirmation emails without any text in the subject. I have heard that the normal behaviour is receiving the email with the order number in the subject. I do not find any thing to configure this.

Who can I force this now?

I am using joomla 3.4.1 with latest version of virtuemart.

Vendor email subject should be like this     [1bb108], Order confirmed by VirtueMart 307 Test store, total 32,07 €  where 1bb108 is the order number.

There is no configuration for this, so are you using a commercial template, or set up any template overrides or hacked any files? You could try a reinstall.

Thank you for your reply. I am using a commercial template from TemplateMonster (free template). It is quite confusing, because the rest of the properties of the shop work properly.

Where is the php file which manages this feature?
