Several Issues After Upgrading From VM2 to Latest VM3.... HELP!!!

Ok so I recently upgraded my website from Joomla 2.x to Joomla 3.x and as well did the same with VirtueMart from 2.x to the latest build.

I will list out the  issue and hope someone can help me becasue the live version of my site is finctioning just fine and not having any issue but the upgraded development site is all messed up.

Here is the first one:

Look at the image below. These boxes show on my home page listing 3 items in the horizontal row but there should be a return case <br> after the thumbnail, then another after the title so it should look like:

THUMBNAIL
Title
$Price

Why is it all clumped in to one line now??



Second...

How do I remove the file name from under the product thumb? Keep in mind I have several THOUSAND products and going in to each one to change a setting would be a nightmare. Where can I remove the code that generates that? What file is it in?



Third....

Things are NOT adding to the cart! The plus and minus buttons on the image above do nothing. I can manually type in a different quantity in to the box but the other way does not work. Then when I click on ADD TO CART I get to the page below with NOTHING in the cart. What is causing this?

Also why is the first paragraph and login boxes all shoved to the right side??



LASTLY...

Why the heck on a category page is the Title, Sort Box and Records Box at the bottom of the module box and not at the top where they should be!

These are all template issues - the majority can be fixed with a css adjustment or a template over ride -- add to cart is a JS issue
All your issues have been covered MANY times on this forum...

There are how to's on css, firebug and JS conflicts - have u read any of them?

Have u tried with a standard template?

I understand what your saying but not being an expert I don't even know where to start especially in regard to the JavaScript issue.

Also how can it be a joomla side template issue when the content displaying without the return cases in it is being called from VM? Wouldn't that be a change I'd have to make to one of the VM CSS pagepages?

Some help would be appreciated. I searched before posting this but didn't have any luck.
