How To Re-Migrate VM1 Orders To VM2

I migrated VM 1.9 to 2, and Joomla 1.5 to 2.5.27, and have since updated to VM 2.6.12.2, and have just now realized that 400 of the orders didn't migrate. When I try to migrate them again with the migration tool, it says:

Quoteport Orders take 0 vm1 entries for migration
Migration: 0 orders processed 3310 done.

So the tool seems to think it's already done (and I'm not sure where the 3310 number comes from, because there were only 2700 orders to be migrated in the 1st place, of which 2300 were migrated.

I'm wondering what I should do now? Can I delete all orders from within the VM backend and try to migrate again, or is there something else I should do to fix this?

Thanks very much,
Phil

Hmmm, I still haven't figured this out. Is there a way for me to manually migrate the orders from VM1 to VM2? Or is there a better option? Thanks, Phil

personally if apart from this the migration went well - I'd copy the new site - empty the vm tables by the tools and experiment

manually I don't think is an option as the table structures are different
