Virtuemart 2 Reorder Shipping methods

How can I control the order in which shipping methods are displayed to the user?

Example US Mail, then UPS , then Fedex, Store Pickup.

In the backend when creating the shippment method there is an ordering column,  can we display the methods based on this ordering column to the user?
