Product download links not showing in order confirmation mail

I have a big problem that I cannot find a solution to.
We have even used a developer that cannot seem to find a solution.

The website is StudyChamp - www.studychamp.co.za
We are using Virtuemart 2.0.25 and Joomla 2.5.

The problem is that when a client checks out a product and the product download page is sent/emailed to them, the products more than 5 or 6 start to bleed of the page and the download link dissapears completely.

Please help us solve this issue.

You say you have had a developer support your site.. Since then the software has moved quite a bit. We are now at versions well beyond your version.
See here.. I'd suggest an update http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

Suggestion is to update your site .
Then test your download software again and if still no good. Write to the developer of your extension. 


The latest is at the top of the linked page 2.6.12 version.
