Commercial use of Mambo ECommerce

Hi, is there any commercial license of Mambo or Mambo ECommerce. I am interested in selling Mambo to my customers with few additional changes or by modifying some information and would like to protect my work? Can anyone explain me how can I use Mambo at a commercial level so my work is protected.
