Tracking Pixel Payment Plugin PayPal

Hello,

i use the default PayPal Plugin ( @version $Id: paypal.php 5177 2011-12-28 18:44:10Z ). How can i implement there a tracking pixel in order to track purchases, that were caused by an affiliate publisher?
