Allow ordering only from some regions

Hi.

I want in my site disable ordering from some regions. Like people enter their zip code, and if I do not ship there, it says that We do not ship to your region.

Is there any plugin/module to do that? Or how I can do it?

Hey

Yes, I have read it. I do so:

Selected postcode type,
Wrote postcode zones,
Prefail postcodes selected Global Prefail,
Show popup if global fail used selected yes.

But when in Ship to address in site I enter a postcode that is not in Postcode zones list, it does not display any popup or any error.

Do I do anything wrong?
