Alatak plugin fails on OPC dropdown payment

Hello,

On JOOMLA 2.5.14 & VM 2.6.4 when on OPC comp. i set on PAYMENT tab "[NEW] Payment as select drop-down" on, the "Alatak credit card plugin" fails on NAME\Credit Num & CVV.

If & when i disable "Dropdown" selection plugin works well.

Any Idea?
