The Default Currency in VirtueMart for Joomla 2.5 Not Changed!!!

Hi,
I changed The shop currency to "US Dollar" by using: http://docs.virtuemart.net/component/flexicontent/37-configuration/92-how-to-change-the-shop-default-currency.html
but The Default Currency in "Euro" yet 
I have to publishing "VM-Currencies Selector" every week and select "united state dollar" to fix it  like right now...

what is the product_currency  id for products in your jos_virtuemart_product_prices table - maybe these are still on 47 (EUR)  and your just "converting" them with the currency changer

have you ONLY got USD as a accepted currency in admin?
opening your site I see $'s

yes I unpublished other currencies
and this site automatic will be return to Euro after some days

out of ideas... I manage lots of different currncy sites and multi currency sites - never seen this behaviour

If the currency id in the price tables is US then the currency is being changed by a rate (or is it just the symbol that changes? the value remains the same?)
