Order Confirmation Design

The order confirmation in VM2 is terribly ugly (is my opinion, others might think differently). I have created really slick and good looking invoices and delivery notes using the extension VM Invoice from ARTIO and want my order confirmation to have a similar look and feel. There are several posts in this forum concerning the order confirmation layout, but they all point to the fact that one has to have knowledge of programming in php and html which I do not have. Does anyone know of an extension which makes this job easier for a non-php-html-programmer?
