remove stock level image

Can anybody tell me in what way i can remove the image from stock level?

There is a switch in VM configuration/Shopfront - "Display stock level" - set to off.

the strange thing is that mine is ALREADY set to OFF
but its still displaying the image.

what now?

Maybe you are using template overrides with the stock level coded so it does not respond to the switch.
