Address details not being recorded on new user registration

Hello,

My site has started doing something that is either new, or I haven't noticed before.

When a new user registers, they fill out their details including address.

Then they are approved, and they log in to use the site.

The very first time however that they go to make a purchase at the checkout, there is a string of "i" error messages at the top of the screen saying that the various fields for the address details are all missing.

Missing value for Zip / Postal Code
Missing value for City
Missing value for Country
Missing value for State / Province / Region
Missing value for Phone

The customer then clicks on Check Out Now...

and it now displays these error messages

and the customer is presented with the form to fill out....once they have done that everything works.

I am *sure it didn't use to be like this....

So what seems to be happening is that it is not recording the address details in VirtueMart shoppers....

Can anyone please advise how I can rectify this?

ok, i see that maybe the best solution is to use the plugin thats available?

but when I do this, it logs the new user straight into the site, rather than waiting for admin approval as required.

I see from another thread that something like this seems to be a problem? but I can't tell if it's the same, or been fixed.

To restate my issue: I require all new users to be approved by admin.

At present, when someone registers, they enter their details, including address. But when they go to purchase for the first time at checkout, the system displays eerror messages saying the address is missing, and the customer needs to re-enter it.

What i would like is for the customer to enter their address once at registration and for that to be available within VM at the checkout.

Any advice on how to achieve this would be very welcome.
