Hi

I have see many questions related to this issue, many answers mention scripting conflicts...is there a simple way to get the terms of service displayed, without troubleshooting the Java conflicts?

No. If fancybox is not working correctly you need to determine why as it is used elsewhere. http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=119638.0

Or you could rewrite the checkout/cart templates so that fancybox is not required there, maybe use some other display script, and use the edited files as template overrides.  But that would introduce more JavaScript and the possibility of other conflicts.

Thanks for the response Jenkinhill, ill try your suggestions. we have made many changes to get other functionality working on the cart and i do not want to tamper further with the java.
