Blank Pages on VM Product Pages when logged in as Joomla User

I am running 2.0.10 on a production site and it is running fine, but I am preparing to upgrade to the latest 2.0.26 and I want to test it on my localhost (running MAMP) on Mac OS X 10.9.

I used Akeeba to backup prod and fully restore on localhost and it worked great! My VM product pages show up great, but when I go to login as a Joomla User on the front end and THEN go to view a VM product page I get a completely blank page. No HTML in the source. Nothing in apache, mysql or PHP logs. Nothing in the /logs/ Joomla folder.

These blank pages only appear when I am logged in. If I am logged out the VM product pages work great. I tried changing the template to a standard

Anyone know if there are issues with maybe sharing cookies/session on localhost? Maybe some settings I need to change about how the cookies are handled on localhost?
