How to create custom page in VirtueMart admin?

Hi, I am using VM 2.0.24. I would like to create a custom page in the backend for virtuemart along with a menu item. Could some point me in the right direction?

The admin view files are all in administrator/components/com_virtuemart/views/ so you can build overridses for any of the tmpl files to make a modified layout.

But you have not decsribed exactly what you want to do.
