add phone numbers to order emails?

Hi everyone,

I'm using Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0.  I looked in the customer fields and the shop configuration, but I'm not sure if that is where I'm missing it.  I need the bill to and ship to information to also include the phone number on them when they are emailed to the shop owner/admin.  What is the best way to make that happen?

Also, if I add an additional customer field like "Card Message" at checkout (in addition to the other comment field), how can I make sure that is also added to the admin email as well?
