Don't work without Seo Suffix

If seo suffix is blank, then i can't enter in the product detail page else it's ok. How i fix that? Thx.

It shouldn't be blank. You could change it, but you couldn't delete it in general. By eliminating suffix you are trying to equalize categories and products URLs and this is not a good thing.
