migration successed only partly

I have installed on joomla 2.5 vm 2
I copied the vm tables from the old joomla 1.5 vm 1.1.9
copied the media to the right place.
increased the run time to 5000 and memoroy to 512M
after migration with the tool I get this message in fresh migration:
Start with a new migration process and setup log maxScriptTime 4399 maxMemoryLimit 498
or in another attempt
Found prior migration process, resume migration maxScriptTime 1199 maxMemoryLimit 498

The problem is :
no categories were copied
only 200 products out of 600 were imported
Please advise
