Payment and shipping methods are not shown

Hey there,
I have been struggling my self to find a way to show the shipping method and the payment method.
I`ve already settled the shipping and payment methods but they are not shown on the screen.
What can I do to fix it? Please help me.

P.S Even if i click on the links to choose the methods does not show.
