New Update Gantry install error message

Last night I thought I would install an update called Gantry from the Extension Manger

The only problem was it gave me an error message (see below)

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Path does not have a valid package.

There are 2 other options that are blank that are Upload Package File & Install from URL. Should these be filled in order to update?
In the Install from Directory section there is a filepath that has /home/sites/4tourers.com/public_html/2.5/tmp . I'm concerned as the filepath seems incomplete

Please advise me of what I would need to do in order for the update to download correctly

Forgive me if this is the wrong board-first time Ive used the forum and I know you guys have rules

This is a Joomla install issue, you need to go to a joomla forum

Gantry is a framework used by your commercial Joomla template (usually RocketTheme) so you should ask the template provider about this.

You cannot update Gantry from joomla where it says updates available (Extension Manager: Update).

I believe for Gantry updates, you need to go to http://www.gantry-framework.org/
and download the latest gantry, then install with the joomla installer just like you were doing it for the first time.
