Add to cart POPUP doesn't appear

Hello I have latest VM 2.24 on Joomla.2.5.11.
I have problem with Add to Cart Popup.

On standard VirtueMart Shopping Cart - it's ok, I have popup and all looks fine, but I bought and installed this template:

(installed also new module for ajax shoping cart attached to template) and now popup doesn't appear.

Where could be problem? I see that on template demo all looks fine, on my very raw site:

Popup seems broken.

Any sugesstions?

Its most likely a jQuery conflict. try checking your jQuery settings in your vm config.
