Coupons Not Working at all

First time post, but have a major problem...

Joomla 2.5.11  VM2.0.20b      live site:   www.sandiegopretzel.com

Just realized that our Coupons are not working at all

When customer enters a valid published coupon and hits "Save" (Which we changed in language overide to "Appply Coupon") It redirects to cart home and does nto apply or offer any messages, this is the same thing whether it is a valid or invalid coupon code.

Just using the core coupon system, no plugins

Spent the last 5 hours reading and searching the forums and can't find how to get the coupon to work. It seems like when you hit Save it does nothing but go back to the store home...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated....

Maybe a bug in that old VM version. Suggest you update to current secure versions J2.5.14 and VM2.0.22d (test on a backup of the site)
