Issue with Size Selection!

Okay, so I have followed the tutorial step by step but for some reason I'm having issues.
Just say I have several sizes S, M, L.
Whatever size is first in the Custom Field Type selection will be chosen no matter what size I choose.

As you can see in this image I have chosen 2 sizes "L/XL" and "S/M" yet for some reason the L/XL size/sku is chosen for both.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
